On July 20 - 21, Missoula Electric Cooperative employees participated in raising money for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life Event held at Missoula County Stadium at Big Sky High School.
Relay For Life is one way of recognizing loved ones who are surviving cancer and remembering those who have lost the battle. After sunset at each Relay For Life event, the luminaria’s are lit and displayed with the names of those who have battled cancer. The ceremony of light symbolizes the hope and courage with which we all continue to fight cancer.
