Reading Your Billing Statement
ACH - Do Not Pay: Your account is set up on either bankdraft or credit card auto pay, no need to send us payment.
District of Record: District in which your primary meter resides and you are eligable to vote for.
Monthly Budget Amount: Your account's monthly budget billing amount.
Budget Amount Due: Budget Billing total amount due at time of this billing.
Average Temperature: Average temperature for Missoula for the current billing period and the same billing period one year ago. Temperatures are taken from the NOAA weather website.
Energy Charge: Electicity consumed, measured by KWH (kilowatt-hour). One KWH equals the energy needed to light ten 100-watt bulbs for one hour, or one 100-watt bulb for ten hours.
Transmission Charge: Transmitting electricity from the generation source to a local substation.
USBP: Universal Systems Benefits Program. Funds the energy conservation, renewables and low-income energy assistance programs per state statute.
Local Delivery: Distribution of electricity from the Co-op substation to your meter.
Local Services: Taxes and insurance.
Base Charge: Monthly charge that offsets fixed service and maintenance costs and exists regardless of usage. The amount is based on size and type of service for an average of 30 days.

Meter: Meter number at the service location you are being billed for. This number will help to identify you with our automated outage response system.
